Privacy policy

The short version
Yuliia.ai is in private beta. This site does one thing with personal data: if you join the waitlist, we store the email address you give us. We use it to contact you about the beta, we don't sell it, and we delete it when you ask.
What we collect
- Waitlist email address — only if you submit it yourself.
- Standard server logs (IP address, request time) kept briefly by our hosting provider for security and reliability.
We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If the site remembers a preference such as your theme choice, it is stored in your own browser and never sent to us.
Why we collect it, and on what basis
We use your email address to tell you when the beta opens and to send occasional product updates. Under UK and EU GDPR, our legal basis is your consent — you gave us the address for this purpose, and you can withdraw consent at any time.
Who we share it with
Nobody, except the service providers that run this site and deliver our email (acting as processors on our instructions). We never sell or rent your data, and we don't share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, or until the waitlist is no longer needed — whichever comes first.
Your rights
Under UK and EU GDPR you can ask to access, correct, or delete the data we hold about you, or object to our use of it. Email hello@yuliia.ai and we'll act on it promptly. You also have the right to complain to your supervisory authority — in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
